Who is Racno, this little character that accompanies NoracTime's hand-painted watches

Qui est Racno, ce petit personnage qui accompagne les montres peintes à la main NoracTime

You order a unique, hand-painted watch and you receive this angular little character with your order. Who is he? Why is he there? We'll tell you all about it!

The story begins with the creation of the Casio Graffiti III "retro". With references to vintage video games, Pac Man, Mario etc, this watch is very 80s. The pop colors led me to add a touch of music, obviously old-school with an audio cassette. Next to it, this little character appears for the first time. He has no name, he's drawn a bit by chance. A pixelated style like in the old days, a collection of small cubes. Then I add eyes, stretch out what looks like an arm. And here he is, seemingly launching the cassette himself.

Little by little, this character becomes NoracTime's mascot. I create several of them, in different colors, with varied patterns. Once fully adopted, I customize him even more, associating his style with that of the watch. Even before naming him.

The Casio 'Tennis Court' watches, each with its personalized Racno

In this sense, the Racno of the Timex 'Manhattan Bridge' is coiffed like the Statue of Liberty; the Casio 'Tennis Court' all have their Racno, each in the colors of its associated Grand Slam.

The winking red Racno is now associated with the paintings "Famous Watches by NoracTime"

No need to prolong the suspense like in Le Prénom, you read it above, I named this little mascot "Racno". Why? Simply the anagram of Norac (itself an anagram of my surname).

Now you know everything and you won't be surprised to receive this little character in your next orders! Personalized or just as a sticker!
