Are the watches new and authentic?
Yes. All watches used are authentic and legally purchased, then custom-made by NoracTime.
All models are hand-painted.
Is NoracTime affiliated with Casio®, Citizen® or another brand?
No. NoracTime is an independent brand and is not affiliated with, associated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by any of the brands mentioned.
As part of an official collaboration, a special mention will be displayed on the product page.
Can paint deteriorate over time?
Yes. Like any worn item, the watch may be subject to friction, scratches, light exposure, and therefore a slight loss of color over time, even with a protective treatment.
We do our utmost to ensure that the paint is as durable as possible over time. Our materials are carefully selected with this objective in mind.
Is every watch unique?
Yes. Each watch is a unique, handmade piece. Slight variations may exist compared to the photos.
A certificate of artisanal creation is issued with each watch purchased.
Do you offer a warranty?
Products benefit from French and European legal guarantees.
Normal wear and tear, scratches, and paint degradation are not covered.
Each returned product will be analyzed for any non-compliant use.
Can I return or exchange my watch?
- Returns are accepted according to our refund policy, unless it is a personalized watch made to customer specifications.
- Exchanges are only possible for models not personalized at the customer's request.
- No returns or exchanges are possible for custom orders made to customer specifications.
In accordance with articles L221-18 and following of the Consumer Code, the customer has a period of 14 working days from receipt of the product to exercise their right of withdrawal, without having to justify their decision.
The period mentioned in the first paragraph runs from the day:
1° Of the conclusion of the contract, for service contracts and those mentioned in articleL. 221-4;
2° Of the receipt of the goods by the consumer or a third party, other than the carrier, designated by them, for contracts for the sale of goods. For off-premises contracts, the consumer may exercise their right of withdrawal from the conclusion of the contract.

How do I maintain my customized watch?
Avoid prolonged water exposure, shocks, and excessive friction.
The watch can also be used as a decorative piece, especially watches painted on the case and strap.
Do you ship internationally? When will I receive my watch?
Yes, we ship internationally.
Any customs duties and taxes are the responsibility of the customer.
