Are the watches new and authentic?

Yes. All the watches used are authentic and legally purchased , then hand-customized by NoracTime.

Is NoracTime affiliated with Casio®, Citizen® or another brand?

No. NoracTime is an independent brand and is not affiliated with, associated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by any of the brands mentioned.

Are the watches waterproof after customization?

The watches retain their original water resistance, and several layers of waterproofing are applied to the paint.

However, the paint remains a decorative element : no shower, bath or swimming pool recommended.

Can the paint deteriorate over time?

Yes. Like any worn item, the watch can suffer friction, scratches and slight color loss over time , even with a protective treatment.

Is each watch unique?

Yes. Each watch is a unique, handmade piece . Slight variations may exist compared to the photos.

Do you offer a guarantee?

The products benefit from French and European legal guarantees .

Normal wear and tear, scratches and paint degradation are not covered.

Can I return or exchange my watch?

Returns are accepted according to our refund policy, except for watches customized to customer specifications.
Exchanges are only possible for non-personalized models.
No returns or exchanges are possible for orders customized according to customer specifications.
