Right of withdrawal - Cancellation of the contract

To cancel the contract, i.e., a purchase made on the online store - excluding customization in agreement with NoracTime, manufactured according to the consumer's specifications or clearly personalized.

1- Fill in your contact details (Last Name, First Name, Email Address)

2- State the order reference you wish to cancel. (Ex: Order #1001)

(Optional) Specify the reason for your return

3- Confirm the cancellation request by stating "confirm withdrawal"

4- Your order will be canceled and refunded once the product is returned (at the buyer's expense) and after confirmation by return email from Norac Time.
